New Zip Code pays Revenue to York County

Changing our zip code from 29715 to 29707 has apparently sent local tax revenue to the wrong county. Corn Chowder
Ingredients
1/2 pound bacon, diced

1 medium onion, chopped

1/4 cup celery, chopped (optional)
2 tablespoon flour
2 cups whole-kernel corn

2 cups diced potatoes, cooked

2 cups milk
