1/4 C chopped green pepper
1/4 C chopped sweet red pepper
1 tbs vegetable oil
4 Italian Sausage Links, casings removed

Corn Chowder
Ingredients
1/2 pound bacon, diced
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup celery, chopped (optional)
2 tablespoon flour
2 cups whole-kernel corn
2 cups diced potatoes, cooked
2 cups milk
Salt and pepper to taste, fresh parsley, chopped Paprika

Fresh Peach Salsa
Sunday, August 10th, 20082 Cups chopped, fresh peaches
1/8 Cup chopped sweet onion
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 to 3 tablespoons finely chopped jalapeno pepper
1 to 2 cloves garlic minced
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 teaspoon sugar
Max all ingrediaents together in a bowl, cover and chill for at least one hour. Use on grilled meats and fish. Enjoy!
