“Did I make a good investment? I am concerned when I hear the re-sales aren’t doing very well in Sun City Carolina Lakes. “ This was a comment we heard from several SCCL residents yesterday at the Vendor Fair. Let me take a minute to explain. Re-sales are never going to do as well when you are competing with new construction. This is especially true in today’s market where the builders are offering incredible incentives.
Yes, you made a good investment: (1) if you are enjoying your new home, your new friends, and the lifestyle that Sun City Carolina Lakes has to offer, the return on your investment is priceless; and (2) we are fortunate to live where we do – Charlotte was recently voted #1 when it comes to places to live according to Relocate-America’s Top 100 in 2008.
It’s a tough market everywhere right now! Buyers are getting a deal. When we talk to neighbors and other Carolina Lakes residents, almost all of them enjoy what they have here. I don’t have a crystal ball, but I am still very optimistic and very happy to be living here.
