Refinancing

I was wondering if now is a good time to refinance my home mortgage. I keep hearing about the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates and that mortgage are getting lower. I have an 80/15 mortgage right now and would love to lower my monthly payment if possible.

An 80/15 mortgage has 80% of the total mortgage on a 30 year fixed rate and 15% on an adjustable rate mortgage. 5% of the loan was paid in cash!
