Winter Wonderland with Your Grandchildren! Are you looking for some family fun? Drop by The Mint Museum of Art in Charlotte on any Sat. this month to enjoy art-making together. Draw and paint a lovely abstract tree painting and go on a hunt for trees in the museum galleries. On Sat., Jan. 17th you can stop by the Charlotte Raptor Center and enjoy the Wild Wings Winter Festival. Live bird presentations address how the changing seasons affect raptors and fun activities include: storytelling, face painting, cookie decorating, and making bird feeders. Limited space is available.
