We thought you might be interested in a recap of the resales in Sun City Carolina Lakes for 2011. We take the time to prepare this information to keep you informed! Hope you will find this helpful.
Jan 2012 Real Estate Sales Information
In general, the sales/statistics for 2011 were very similar to 2010! Forty-four (44) homes and ten (10) villas sold last year. Home sales took approximately 25% longer to sell in 2011. Villas were on the market almost twice as long. The Clair Team sold almost 50% of ALL resales sold. We are pleased with these numbers, but we are more proud of what are clients say about us:

About Sun City Carolina Lakes

Sun City Carolina Lakes is a Pulte/Del Webb active adult community located in Fort Mill, South Carolina, a 1/2 hour drive south of Charlotte, North Carolina with the full array of Sun City amenities. It features a state of the art recreational center, complete with fitness center, indoor and outdoor pools, ballroom, craft rooms, game room, billiards tables, card tables, table tennis, computer room, coffee shop, and more.

With natural streams and several ponds, Carolina Lakes Golf Club is a challenging but fair par 72 championship golf course designed by Golf Course Architect Tim Freeland.

Outdoor facilities include pool with changing rooms, 8 clay tennis courts, 6 pickleball courts, softball field, 4 bocce courts, walking trails, and kayak center by the Catawba River. There's also an excellent woodworking shop. The adjacent shopping center includes Harris Teeter, CVS, and our Real Estate Store, making it easy to shop via golf cart.
And, of course, there are many lovely homes available ranging in size from villas to single family style.
