The “Market” is looking pretty good right now! Showings are up! Walk-ins are up! Inquiries are up! Contracts are up! AND Inventory is down! This is probably a good time to put your home on the market if you are considering selling. Seven (7) homes/villas went under contract in April. (We put 5 of the 7 under contract.) This follows the best resale month ever with 14 resales going under contract in March. Even with this good news, we need to keep things in perspective. Although we are seeing signs of improvement, selling a home in today’s market is not easy. It’s still a buyer’s market! The good news-we are definitely seeing a “Buzz,” so let’s hope it continues.
